Annual meetings are held in December. The Traffic Zone fiscal year runs from January 1 through December 31. As shareholders, all Traffic Zone artists must sign several corporate documents. It is recommended that you consult an attorney or financial advisor before signing them. These documents include:

• Class A Stock Certificate

• Subscription Agreement describing the nature of the share offered for purchase

• Shareholder Agreement outlining the rights and responsibilities of each shareholder

• Articles of Incorporation

• Occupancy Agreement

• By-Laws

• Rules and Regulations

To enter the project, the incoming member also pays a fixture fee determined by the customized build-outs of a given unit. This fee is negotiated between the outgoing and the incoming member.

As co-owners of the building, the artist co-op is able to keep monthly rent payments for artist studios at an affordable rate. For example, the cost per square foot for a studio in 2005 is $5.32.
 

Traffic Zone has no vacant studios at the moment. When a studio becomes available, it will be listed here.
