One of the most beautiful studio spaces in the Twin Cities! A light filled corner studio with eight large windows, two of which are temporarily covered to make a spacious darkroom and storage area-it is 990 sf with hardwood floors. Two of the studio walls are historic brick and two are painted sheet-rock. Use the darkroom for photography, storage space, or remove a wall to open it up.  The building has a large elevator.


Studio 320 is sold as is with the following amenities:


Two track lights

17 ft wood storage tables with shelving underneath.

Vent with two fan heads.

Three sets of faucets with hot and cold water, and two sinks- 6' and 8.5'.

Asking price (key fee) is $10,000. paid to the seller.  The monthly rent is $516.45. A $5,000. Buy-in fee is paid to the artist cooperative and is refunded when a member moves out.

Two recent monthly electric bill were $8.15 and 16.92.

This studio is part of the Traffic Zone Center for Visual Art, a cooperative community for mid-career artists. Membership is competitive, by application and portfolio review.


The building has a first floor art gallery and is located in the vibrant North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The North Loop is home to other cultural institutions, shops, and restaurants housed in historic buildings.
